[FedCom] Search Results 162 - 173

I had only a little bit of time to do some searches this week, here's 
the result.

Had Coast Guard Sector Boston on 157.050 working a patrol boat and 
asked him to go to Sector Boston F-8, I found alot of DVP/DES on 
163.2250. I realize that 163.2250 has been previously ID'd as the 
National Marine Fisheries but I have never heard any encrypted comms 
here, and also very little traffic mostly sounding like it was coming 
 from Maine. The DVP/DES signal is quite strong here south of Boston. 
Also there was nothing on any of the other known LANT Channels.

Had Ross 008 on 121.5 with radio checks with Boston Center, So I 
thought, hey how come there's nothing coming up on the usual VHF-FM 
freqs. Started searching and found a weak P-25 signal on 173.4125. 
Signal was too weak to decode or to come up as encrypted or not. A 
Google search came up with Westover AFB, seams to me that Westover 
would be too far away from me to pick up anything at all. SO maybe it's 
a new to me FBI SOG channel or conditions were just good enough to pick 
up Westover.
So that's about all the new and unknowns I've come up with this week
