Springfield, MA Monitoring Area

Well I spent one week of searching the following federal bands:
162-174 mhz, 406-420 mhz.

Here's what I found:

163.2375 (P25) Repeater -- Veterans Hospital Security Northampton, MA
164.6500 (P25) -- Simplex, remote transmitter, US Secret Service
164.8375 (110.9) Repeater -- US Postal Service Sorting Facility (Sorting
Machine Repair Technicians Dispatch)
165.05 (114.8) Repeater -- US Postal Service Sorting Facility Springfield
(Supervisors, Safety, & Security)
167.125 (167.9) Repeater -- FBI
167.5125 Repeater -- Encrypted, most likely FBI
171.80 -- Encrypted, most likely FBI
172.90 (P25) Repeater -- Transporation Security Administration, Bradley
International Airport, Windsor Locks CT
409.70 Data -- Most likely FAA
415.05 (91.5) Repeater -- US Postal Inspectors/Security (more than one
repeater)
417.2 (P25) Repeater -- Federal Protection Service/GSA Building Security

I found that 15 minutes of searching was inadequate for the most part, with
the exception of finding the 2 US Postal Service VHF freqs which were very
active.
