[FedCom] question about federal trunked system in the Little Rock area, and frustrated

Hi everyone, I have been lurking on here for a while, and have been reading 
the latest posts.  I was just wondering if anyone was ever able to identify 
the Motorola type II trunked system that is in use in Little Rock, Arkansas 
and is operating in the UHF federal band.  I posted about it a while ago, 
and the coms were about 85% encrypted but there were some clear coms on 
there as well.
    Right now, I am in the Detroit area, and when I search the federal bands 
I hear stuff from Canada, but anyone who is in the Detroit area please let 
me know what you are hearing that is federal and where, and thanks in 
advance.
