Mikhail Gorbachev is in town (southern california).

I am not hearing any activity on the secret service
frequencies, but there was heavy activity late last
week on 165.7875 P25/enc (baker), 165.375 P25/enc
(charlie), 165.2125 p25/enc (mike), 164.4 P25/enc
(papa), and 164.65 P25/enc (tango).

The only activity I'm hearing is the jet that is
circling around (from Point Mugu NAS). It can be heard
on 233.7 and 307.275. It is providing security for the
event. He is the guest speaker somewhere in Ventura
county.
