[FedCom] "Tax Police" Newspaper Interview

Hi Ken, here in Detroit they have a large IRS office, and I had a large
list of VHF and UHF frequencies for the IRS and I've never heard anything
on them. When I asked someone at a training program I was at for a while
they didn't seem to know what they we used for.
