Recently two new frequencies in the FBI allocations have started getting
busy in the Portland, OR area. 167.6125 and 167.7875 have been busy with
P-25 traffic, but it's been all encrypted, so positive ID is forthcoming.
Also, 173.8125 MHz has been busy in the Portland area for over a year.
Almost always encrypted P-25 and seems to be simplex - who?
