I wonder if he might have said "Net 1"?  That would probably be 165.2375.  If it was "Met" it may stand for "Metropolitan" and refer to some local law enforcement channel.

Omaha calling unheard ground units reporting route numbers, intersections, businesses and highway exit signs. Omaha said "I'm about 1 mile up and will zoom in on road sign". Then Omaha asks unheard/unid'd ground unit to switch to "Met-1 and talk to the observer". Interesting listening. I'm curious if anyone knows what frequency "Met-1" might be. Judging from locations given the operation was in Connecticut somewhere.
