Hello Ty;
Thanks for the heads up. You post is very useful to me as I live close to 
the border.

In southern New Mexico, there is not much activity in the 380-400 MHz band. 
However the 400-420 band is heavily used. It will be interesting to see what 
frequencies the current users of 406-408 move to when this sub band becomes 
Mexican.
