[FedCom] ProVoice on Fed Channels?

Groom Lake (Area 51) uses what I believe is ProVoice. I'd have to dig up 
the audio if you want to hear a MP3 of it. However someone I trust said 
it sounds like ProVoice.

I have most of their systems decoded in correct LCN. Looking at my 
spreadsheet, I'm missing 5 frequencies out of a total of 37. It's a 
pretty complicated system using 9 sites, two of them off of the Nellis 
range.

Etrunk will follow a ProVoice system, so it appears the only difference 
is in the audio.
