[FedCom] ProVoice on Fed Channels?

What system were you monitoring? Was it trunked or conventional? If
trunked it would help to know possibly what that may be in your area.
NOte, that not all federal turnked systems are listed on
radioreference.com, and some of them have the data such as frequencies and
talkgroups restricted or blocked. While there are still others like the
Moto sstem in the LIttle Rock area on the federal UHF band that was about
80% encrypted was federal and was using DES over OFB encryption.
