While searching the federal bands recently:

164.65 P25 Digital, "Boston" with mobile units (some heard), remote base 
station?  US Secret Service

167.5875 (167.9) --- a few dead carriers, wasn't able to determine if it was 
a repeater output or remote base, but I'm guessing repeater output. 
Probably FBI

419.50 P25 Digital, Encrypted, unknown, maybe DEA
