Looks like someone struck a nurve.  Why don't you gentalmen just drop it
and stick to what the list is about.  Oh and Mr. Phelps you never know
who's reading or how long they've been in government service.  Might be a
good thing for you not to make a "puff up someone's ego" post that has no
real info in it if you're not ready to fade the heat.
