ECC was never a term used in a Boston Radio.

ECC was a term used in one of the Old National Federal Books.
It may have been from the California Area Radios or from the Editors primary
monitoring jurisdiction.

Remember, much of the National Books put out were geared nationally
and many of the Radio networks were designed Regionally.

What is called Blue-5 in NYC/NJ might be something else in Boston.

B-05 aka NY-3 aka Chase-1 on the former WTC was 172.4250 Mhz
B-05 in Boston is 167.4875 Mhz

Simplex channels in Boston were called Simplex-1, Simplex-2
Tactical Channels were Tac-1, Tac-2
Providence RI, even had their own simplex channels.

The 167.3625 Mhz Channel refered to in an earlier Msg was
A-02 aka ADMIN, this was a simplex channel , available to
"Central:" from all Repeater Sites.
