[FedCom] federal activities in Miami/Broward County

Hi evveryone, I will be on a cruise for a week, but will be spending a few
days at the beginning and end in Miami and in Broward County.  I know
about the trunked systems, and on the cruise itself I will be stopping in
Key West and the Grand Caymans.  I'm just wondering if anyone has any
federal information for these areas, and what overall band conditions are
like with VHF/UHF/800 MHz are on the ship when in the ocean, also when  on
the Grand Caymans what are radio restrictions?  I plan on bringing my
Uniden BC250D and my Pro-96 as well as my THF6A and a general coverage
receiver.
