Jeff,

I'm not sure which courthouse system you are talking about, but the courthouse only uses a VHF stand-alone repeater. They do not have a 400 MHz system. The only 400MHz system close to the courthouse is used by the BOP FDC.  The other UHF system is used by the BOP FCI in south Dade. I do not believe that those two systems are linked.
