[FedCom] 165.015 mhz

Hi All.
Have been listening to 165.015 mhz for the past couple days now, have  ID's 
of  cumbeland,base and several units xxxx.
The reference's I have don't show who would be using this freq. I'm 
thinking it maybe LetterKenny army deot down near Chambersburg Pa.

any clues??
