I think Matt's website with pictures of JUSTICE callsign aircraft with 
pictures http://microvoltradio.com/kbfithree.htm seems to indicate that even 
the contract aircraft aren't that difficult to ID because some portion of 
the JUSTICE callsign numeric is part of their tail number (either beginning 
or end)...    Great work Matt!!!

It's been a long time since I've heard any JUSTICE callsigns in my 
monitoring area.
