  164.200 PL103.5

I've only heard some data noise on 164.20 103.5 Hz.

166.675 is FM Air Tactics 1 and was very busy since last Monday at the 
Sierra Fire west of Corona and near Anaheim off S/R 241.

410.70R D115 is a new active channel in the L.A. area too, unknown who they 
are so far.
