Along with the capability to jam cell phone freqs
during presidential appearances, it's been stated that
one of the infamous "black suburbans" is also operated
by NSA personnel specifically for the purpose of
dealing with the potential for interference on the
radio freqs being used by local law enforcement, etc.
to support the visit. It's also been "rumored" that
there is likewise an "eye in the sky" that addresses
this same issue at presidential functions.
