Here in New York City, the FCC apparently has a repeater on 167.05 with PL 192.8. In my five years of monitoring Fed stuff here, I have heard it keyed up twice. Both times units with 3 digit number callsigns called out for other units, who never answered........and then they were gone again. Don't waist the space in your scanner!
