I have received a couple of dozen private e-mails in
addition to the posting from Robert (below).

This week I will scan this 2-3 page SERA article into PDF
format to compress it into a more convenient size for
internet transfer.


WOULD ANYONE BE WILLING TO OFFER A TEMPORARY SPACE ON THEIR
WEBSITE FOR LIST MEMBERS TO DOWNLOAD THIS FILE?  

I guess the file size in PDF will be a couple of hundred
KB.  In this way, rather than trying to e-mail to everyone
interested.  This web space could be left in place for
about a week to 10 days, and then pulled after that time.


Anyone interested in helping with this idea?  If so, please
contact me directly off-list.
