[FedCom] Federal Protective Service in central Maine

Folks,

I logged down the following call signs during an FPS check-in on 417.200 
MHz this date @ 0921 EDT. Once again, "Control" was in the clear. The 
definitely female (and pleasant!) voice repeated back the call signs of 
the encrypted stations. She signed off with "have a good tour." 
Additional traffic consisted of someone attempting contact with a USCG 
element.

This extensive network seems to remain a great mystery in the monitoring 
circles. Regardless, here are the call signs heard today:
