You're not. I remember reading an article about the Mega Center opening in Detroit, it was to be
staffed by (at that time GSA) Federal employees and contractors. I'm sure it has moved to be
worked by contractors and overseen by Federal employees now, as the way it seems to be going
elsewhere in Federal Gov.
