Well, regarding frequency ranges I would think that if they are going to use
repeaters that there would be some input freqs in the 148.0-150.8 mhz range.
Also since this is a nationwide usage, perhaps there's already some clues in
what is being used at local bases as far new 12.5 khz splits. versus what is
not.
BTW haven't heard any traffic recently on 148.15R locally, perhaps the
change has already been made.
