[FedCom] California CAP monitored on ISR

I just wanted to update the CAP situation, and add 
more data points. ;)

During the recent Hiller Vertical Challenge airshow 
at San Carlos Airport (KSQL), I heard California CAP 
folks using the InterSquad Radios.  They were using 
ISR, channel #1 with no tone.

Has anyone else monitored their local CAPs on ISR?

Has anyone else know if DCS/CTCSS is used on ISR?
