[FedCom] VP visit monday

VP was in Davenport for a few hours after a visit to Des Moines. Nothing 
I have not heard before. Mainly 164.5 & 165.375 all digital encryption. 
The good stuff was on the local channels & talkgroups when they shutdown 
  Interstate-74 for the trip from the airport to the site and back right 
at rush hour. Since I have to sleep (work nights) some times I didn't 
try to monitor the aeronautical ranges for AF-2.
