[FedCom] 165.235 this morning

Greetings all~

This morning I monitored a surveillance operation on 165.235. Units referred 
to each other by first names and this frequency as "Tac 1". There was also 
mention of a channel A-1 that they wouldn't be using for the surveillance. 

Any thoughts or input would be appreciated.

I reside in the Utica NY area.
