Thanks. I used to hear the Syracuse NY Customs sector units frequently prior 
to 9/11 (along with other Federal agencies on their respective frequencies). 
Been quiet for some time, though, as we know.

This morning just reminded me of old '80's-early '90's operations I would 
hear, conducted by either BATF or FBI. Based on certain things I heard mentioned, 
I was curious if other agencies can and do operate on this frequency and what 
A-1 could be.

My search mode has definitely shifted into high gear now.
