[FedCom] Follow-Up: Monitoring Status

At the onset allow me the opportunity to explain my most recent post
"Monitoring Status."  I can only speak for myself and my general location
based on monitoring and input I receive from former colleagues.  As I will
always respect your opinions and observations, I ask that you accept mine.
Certainly, we may not always agree, but perception is truth.  The statement
"the tide is turning" was made said to me by a DEA agent.  I don't know how
broad-based his comment is.  
 
Below are the frequencies that I heard frequently in the clear (either
partially or totally): FBI  163.7875, 167.3625, 171.4375 and 171.9125.  BATF
173.0125. DEA 418.7500 and DEA A-2 418.9000
