[FedCom] Follow-Up: Monitoring Status

Not sure why folks are bickering with you here, Mr Phelps. Of  course you are 
correct; none of us are hearing the Fed comms we used to hear.  Things have 
changed. I live in an area that is saturated with Federal agencies,  and I used 
to hear Fed comms every day. Now I wait for the once-a-month or  
twice-a-month DEA surveillances I hear in the clear on 418.75.

Certainly, we may not always agree, but perception is truth.   The statement
"the tide is turning" was made said to me by a DEA  agent.  I don't know how
broad-based his comment is.
