[FedCom] EPA on 165.2375

CBP (legacy US Customs) provides radio network service to other law
enforcement agencies. Some pay and some do not. This is probably the case
with EPA. I know that the ATF Miami Field Office used to switch to the
Customs Sector Repeater channels (Net 1 and Net 2) after regular duty hours
since they did not have a 24 hour shift radio room. Not sure if this is
still true after ATF went to DOJ.

prefixed with their Agency abbreviations."
