[FedCom] Interesting comments - secrecy of Civil Air Patrol Freqs

Very interesting reading, reveals a lot about the attitude of some CAP 
communicators towards scanner hobbiests.

Using the term "enemies of freedom" to describe us is very insulting.  Some 
of us have done more to ensure our peoples freedom than some entire CAP 
wings.
