Since the FPS is the topic of the moment, I'll report that I plugged in the old
413.875 frequency for Philadelphia.  Today, just after 4:30 PM, I turned on the
scanner and caught the end of a check in.  Comms on this frequency are still
analog with no CTCSS/DCS (at least in Philly).

Unknown units (presumed to be Pittsburgh "P" units)

Philadelphia, off duty".
