Non-stop 24/7.  Posted almost daily on Milcom &  Wun on the qth groups, as 
well as about a dozen hf milcom groups on Yahoogroups.  MARS provides ph patches 
to DSN numbers all day long, as well as to commercial  numbers for M & W 
phone patches. 13927.1 kHz USB is the primary; depending  upon propagation 
conditions they will hand off to one of a half dozen other  freqs.  Some of the 
busiest hf freqs around.
