Here's what I have in my database and I have monitored some of these in
use:

ATF 
TAC 1 - 167.1625
TAC 2 - 170.9625
TAC 3 - 173.0125
TAC 4 - 168.3500
TAC 5 - 165.9125
TAC 6 - 173.8875

The TAC frequencies are all simplex, with the exception of a TAC REPEATER
channel with 173.0125 as the output and 167.1625 as the input.

The ATF has moved pretty much to all APCO-25 digital mode and they do use
encryption quite often, but not always...
