Does any colleague have information on the use of any of the referenced
frequencies in Pennsylvania, specifically the Lehigh Valley???????  RI seems
to be on the ball!

Actually its  167.4875 Mhz.

Did you hear Surv in Prov or Boston Locations? The Only known New England 
[CT and VT not included] is in Boston.
