A quick search (search term "FBI") using Grove's "Federal Frequency
Directory" 2nd edition reveals 367 frequencies that might be used by the
Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Frequencies seem to be in the 165, 166, 167 (most), 168 (most), 169, 170,
171, 172, 173, 400 mhz area (very few).

Interestingly another search ("FBI (Nationwide)") reveals 68 frequencies.

So perhaps searching the 165-173 mhz range, or even 167-168 mhz range might
be very fruitful.

Please post your findings publically for your colleages on this list.

Ken
