the night before parked on this freq for a short time and heard some traffic .
male calling 1399 then female saying "this is only a drill" several times.

recorded 24 hours worth on the computer and came up with about 4 minutes of 
audio and 6 minutes of some sort of
short bursts.

id's used were 138, 139, 140 and 9k.
also base calling ems 1 or 3. ems office answered.
lots of phone extensions passed.
sounds like a medical facility.
closest va unit is in the Lebanon Pa area about 20+ miles to the east of me.

I haven't gone looking for any freq info as yet.
any ideas on this?
