Eisenhower Security 415.200 (nothing really interesting - exiting library by left door &

one of them discussing how his money is being spent by other half)  Might be more

interesting when they are having a function like IKE's birthday celebration or something

of that nature.

be able to hear the security at the Eisenhower Presidential Library from Abiline that

used to use 415.200 or 417.200 simplex.  Sporatic ICE (Border Patrol interior

checkpoints on the interstates) and DEA activity maybe.  There used to be a USAF

presence at the former Schilling AFB in Salina around 148 MHz. as it was an ACC fall-

back base and the Smokey Hill MOA gives some occasional B-2 runs.
