I have only heard 172.425 in NYC referred to as Bravo 5.  Blue 5, NY 3 and 
Chase 1 are new to me.
I didn't know that 172.425's Tx site was on the WTC.  I wonder where it is 
now? I wonder where any fed Tx site is?
