[FedCom] USPS Inspectors

I ran into an old friend of mine who is a USPS Inspector in SW Missouri.  I 
asked if I could look at the radio in her Chevrolet Impala.  The control head 
is mounted in the glove compartment and is a Motorola Astro XTL5000.  The FM 
antenna on the car is also the antenna for the radio.  I'm not completely sure, 
but I think the radio is on UHF, because there is still a analog USPS repeater 
on 414.425.  She said that she hasn't used the radio since she got the car [2 
years ago].
