Thanks Dan, but I'd venture to guess other responses.

These notes came from actual Radios, not over the air monitoring.

ROCK was listed not ROC
CHASE - Maybe the Radio was on the Chase Manhattan Bank at one time??
SO -?  Special Ops....

Again these were from the Late 80's early 90's time frame.
