  Army Corps of Engineers with weekly roll call and reports from various 
monitoring stations reported to "Reservoir Control". Control advised all 
stations to stand-by until 1400 hrs.
  Could be interesting listening as New England is expecting 2-4- inches of 
rain in the next 12-36 hours.
