While searching 162-174 came across another new Astro P-25 signal. 173.5625 weak signal so didn't decode very well, heard voice so it was most likely not encrypted.

Unknown activity/agency on 170.7500 Astro P-25, couple of mobile units talking in the clear.
 
The other night on MA State Police Zone 3 there was a BOLO from the Barnstable County Sherrif's Office on talkgroup 36496, Searching again 162-174 the BOLO was rebroadcasted on the Cape Cod National Seashore freq of 171.7250 (CSQ) and also on an unknown freq of 172.6500, analog FM, unknown PL tone ( If there was one)
