[FedCom] 172.775 - Boston MA area - bursts of P25

Same deal on a new repeater in Dallas.  The one here is on 163.7 and appears
to be INS/ICE. Anybody have any clues as to why the bursts?

172.775 - Boston MA area - bursts of noise which
sounds like P25 traffic - each burst is 1/2 second
long and occurs at infrequent intervals - a
loud/strong signal received on a P25 scanner
