I have caught OTAR on DEA frequencies in many cities, including Houston,
Dallas, Laredo, El Paso and most recently in Los Angeles. 

Interestingly, I have occasionally caught the OTAR data on the
traditionally simplex frequencies of 418.675 and 418.750...
