[FedCom] DMAT new frequency?

While searching the various military/federal frequency bands today.....

Appears that one of HHS Disaster Medical Assistance Teams (DMAT) is using 
406.8625 mhz P25/Encrypted & NFM (141.3 hz) mix mode simplex operations at 
the annual "Team Yankee" medical exercise at Westover ARB, MA.  DMAT is part 
of US HHS Dept  National Disaster Medical System.
