Both of us have written extensively on this Greg in the pages of MT over the 
years.

HHS    US Depeartment of Health and Human Services (presidental cabinet 
level department)
NDMS    National Disaster Medical System http://oep-ndms.dhhs.gov/
DMAT    Disaster Medical Assistance Team http://oep-ndms.dhhs.gov/dmat.html
DMAT-MA-1    Was a freq designator reported by Ken for one of the 
Massachusetts teams.
