[FedCom] Federal Agency Use Low Band VHF?

I can't recall seeing any postings regarding federal agencies (non military) 
use of low band VHF (30 to 60 mhz).
Locally in my area, about 2 years ago I monitored the Fish & Wildlife 
Service using 34.81 & 34.83 while they were doing some work at Westover ARB, 
MA.  Other than that, not aware of any other use of VHF low band in my area.

Anyone else monitor VHF low band (non military) that has federal users on a 
daily basis?
