[FedCom] 169.45 Activity?

Interestingly just got a hit on this frequency, appeared to be P25 
Digital/NFM encrypted, & signal strength indicated immedate area.  Just one 
transmission!

Grove's "Federal Frequency Directory" 2nd edition shows this as "National 
Law Enforcement Liasion Net Repeater output"..

Now I have to wonder if many of the federal transmitter sites throughout the 
country have this frequency installed?  (I'd guess that someone hit the 
wrong channel initially!!!)
